Warm-up: 7:00 AM

We are excited to hold a 2022 championship meet between ADS, AK, BEST, BDSC, and our guest SSSM on Saturday July 23rd at Antioch High School starting at 8 am. We’ll be running 8 lanes, and there is a 3 Individual/2 relay entries limit per swimmer. Entries due date: 7/16 @ 7pm. |

Gold Medalist Swim Clinic

Hosted by 8-time Olympic medalist Jason Lezak, this clinic for our entire league is incredible way to motivate young summers for the season. He will guide them through in water drills, provide a motivational talk, and an opportunity for pictures and autographs.

ESCL Officiating Training Event

On Thursday at 5:30pm at Heritage High School the Bishop Estates President Tracey and Head Ref Emily will workshop with parents from all four ECSL teams! We will cover more than the basics of officiating including the relationships between the roles, Disqualification Reports, some of the new rules since 2021, and more.
