Basic Meet Structure

• Single day meet from 9:00am - 3pm (estimated)
• Initial Check-in closes at 8:30am
• Standard 84 events of County meet guidelines.

Recognition

• Results will be divided into 2 flights based on the quantity of swimmers per individual event and their results
• top 8 places in both flights are awarded medals
• top 4 places in relays are awarded medals (single flight event)
• Top 16 point earners competing to be a part of the X-Point Crew and win High Point!
• Points not tracked for teams.

Team Responsibilities

• ADS to run computers, and coordinate Stroke & Turn
• BDSC to Host meet, run Clerk of Course, distribute Awards, and Coordinate Vendors
• MHSF to run Hospitality & Snack Bar, and Social Activities Area

All team responsible for:

• Stroke & Turn Officials
• Timers
• Team Meet Directors
• Deck Marshals

Eligibility

To be eligible, a swimmer at least 50% of their teams league meets:

• Must have swum at least 50% of their teams league meets.
• Must be in compliance with County Meet eligibility guidelines

Entries

• All eligible swimmers from any of the three league teams may enter.
• Ineligible swimmers may enter with permission as "exhibition"
• No Entry limits.
• Entries are due by 6pm on Sunday July 19th, 2026.
• No changes will be accepted past the entry due date.

Mountain House High School

We have bleacher seating for four families On Deck for auction. It will be on the south side of the deck under the protection of the solar panels. The Auction will open up on Wednesday at 12pm.

VIP Parking is a thing!

The parking lot south of the bullpen immediately when you enter the facility from Tradition St. Please only park in designated parking lanes.
